Our Practice

Jason Garber

Jason practices out of the firm’s Maryland office and is licensed to practice in Maryland, District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Virginia. Jason primarily handles construction accidents, products liability, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and other personal injury matters. Just prior to joining the firm, Jason represented plaintiffs in personal injury cases. Jason also has ample experience in construction defect cases and other liability cases from his time working on the defense side. For approximately five years, he served as a judge on the Baltimore County Board of Appeals, including two years as its Chair, presiding over numerous zoning, development, licensing, employee benefits, and code enforcement appeals and hearings.

Jason graduated with honors in 1997 from Tulane University Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana. He received a Bachelor of Arts in English/Journalism, with honors, from the University of Delaware.

In his spare time, he has invested his time helping community, school, and political issues and campaigns. He has served as the Chair of several Baltimore County Bar Association committees and as a Chair and/or member on various area boards and organizations. In 2014, he was named “Citizen of the Year” in the Fifth Councilmanic District. He is a lifelong Philadelphia sports fan.
