Bryan M. Ferris
Bryan concentrates his practice in the area of personal injury litigation, including construction accidents, products liability, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents and medical malpractice. During his tenure at Swartz Culleton Ferris PLLC, Bryan has obtained jury verdicts that were listed among the Top Pennsylvania Verdicts of 2014, 2015 and 2018 by VerdictSearch. Prior to joining the firm, Bryan gained extensive experience in all areas of employment litigation, including representing aggrieved employees in discrimination, harassment and wrongful discharge matters. In addition, Bryan previously represented insurance companies and property owners in general liability cases in federal and state courts throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. This experience has provided him with an intimate understanding of the strategies utilized by defense attorneys and claims adjusters in handling such matters, which allows him to maximize recovery on behalf of accident victims.
Bryan graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2004 where he was a member of the Dean’s List and served as both a Teaching and Research Assistant. He received a Bachelor’s of Science in finance from the University of Florida in 2001 where he was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and made the SEC Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll as a member of Florida’s intercollegiate Track and Field team.
Bryan is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Maryland, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey. Bryan is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Bryan has been named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine and Philadelphia Magazine on multiple occasions.
